A professional look

We use the presentation folders for all our client presentations. It is an easy way to add a professional look to our professionally done reports. The blue color matches our logo well so it looks like a custom-made item. An advantage is that it is easy to assemble and re-assemble if there is a last minute change. The covers are reusable so that any copies that are not distributed do not waste a cover. I have not found any problems with number of pages but have not put in excessively long documents.

used these with a presentation for a small group. Everyone appreciated the fact that they could easily remove page to make copies instead of the old fashion portfolios which would have needed to be disassembled. Very satisfied with this product and I would use it again. the only downfall I could see to this product was that once you had more than 10 pages it became very tight to be able to close the swing arm. Some of the pages got bent at the edges when trying to close and had to be reprinted.

Love using these report covers. They are sturdy and not flimsy. The quality is excellent for making presentations and a good impression. The Staples Report covers are the only ones I use.

Watch your Fingers

Nice way to get organized. Reports tax forms business goals etc. are neatly placed together In one spot. Only one thing- watch your fingers when trying to secure the clasp - it pinches! Otherwise works well.
