Looks Great but couldn't figure out how to use it

First I'm trying to place 9 sheets inside the folder. They don't remain snug. Secondly when putting them in I ripped the plastic. My guess human error I should probably stick to the old fashion three-hole punch. OBTW the clerk at the store was OUTSTANDING I just asked the wrong questions.

The Locking report covers are just what I needed for a business presentation assignment in my college class. They looked professional and added to the live presentation given to the business. The price was also right.
