I like this folder for doing home evaluations for home sellers. It's very secure but It comes apart easily so you can pull out items you want the client to focus on while keeping the distracting fluff out of site. It also holds 40 pages with no problem. It's neat streamline presentable and I haven't found anything I like better. The five-pack is nice so I don't have to constantly run out to buy more. Overall I like it.

These were fine for a mail out I needed to do but the spine that holds the paperwork is bulky and thus required getting bubble wrap envelopes for mailing.
