Doesn't live up to the hype

I bought this for my 8th grader because it said it would "last the entire school year". Wrong. It has been one month and it is already ripped in two places along the seam. Very disappointed in this product.
Pros: Color Variety
Cons: Fell Apart In 1 Month, Flimsy Construction, Guaranteed For 1 Year, Rings Didn't Close, Uneven Closure

This binder wasn't even in use for a week before the fabric pulled at the seams! It was not overstuffed or used hard. I thought this was a quality brand. How wrong I was.

I used it for school. And it ripped after about a week if that. Terrible construction do not waste your money. It fell off my desk and almost tore in half can't open it anymore Would rate 0 if possible

This binder did not even make it for the 1st 9 weeks. the handle broke, the seams busted and it is very poor quality. Not sure if I got a lemon but I am calling tomorrow to see if they will replace it with the guarantee. I will update you tomorrow.
