Binder with easy to open rings

I have arthritis and this binder has rings that are easy to open and close. No more "ouch" when trying to open the rings or close them back.

Durable "View" Binder

I own about 20 of these binders for the Master's and Doctoral courses I teach in Education. Every course I teach has its own binder which can be identified by the cardstock copy of the textbook I am using on the front and side of the binders. I use dividers for each week of the course and then place hard copies of all of the backup materials for the course. (I also purchase the dividers paper and ink cartridges from Staples and earn rewards regularly; and recycle my cartridges.) Even though I have electronic copies much of the backup and I teach online courses I still use the binders and hard copies that I can review in one place. I love these binders.

Sturdy Binders

This Binder is incredibly sturdy even with a full palette of paper inserted within the D-Rings! It is true to size and sports a waterproof wipe-off outer lining that makes it easy to write on and erase with a dry-erase marker. One can also easily insert a cover page in the top side of the binder and then pull it out again should a person change their mind about the subject matter that they are using it for. The pockets on the insider are also extremely handy for storing items separately from the 3 ring spaces!

Great Choice for a Binder

I use a lot of binders in my work office to keep information handy and binders are a great option. I also use binders at home to keep my student class assignments and homework organized. Staples Heavy-Duty View Binders with D-Rings are great options and now they have a nice selection of colors too!

We find these binders are perfect for the monthly presentations and reports we put together. The binders are easy to load unload and are very durable.

When I need a three-ring binder I always turn to Staples since I know I'll be able to make the perfect choice. For starters I look for high quality. If a notebook is to just sit on a shelf well... quality doesn't matter. But if you need to put the notebook to busy use inserting and removing materials then you need on that is heavy duty with rings that stay lined up no matter how many times you spread and close them. This binder has wonderful D-rings that allow my materials to lie flat and when the rings close they stay in perfect position. The notebook stays flat on the desk and the cover folds back out of the way. I love how you can open the rings with one pull of the heavy black tab and close the rings back with an easy one-handed squeeze. You can buy the size you want really cheap but you'll get what you pay for in the end. This notebook is worth every penny. The selection of colors is great too.
