HD View Binder

As treasurer of the HOA each year I but one of these binders for financial records. The capacity allows for all invoices statements budget documents etc and pockets in dividers hold items for dicussion before placing onto the three rings. I reccomend this product to anyone who has a need to secure permanent records while keeping them accessible at all times.

HD Staples 2" View Binders with D-Rings

I love these Staples HD View Binders. I always use Power Point and make spine front and back cover pictures to go inside the plastic covers. I love the way the larger binders open so you can fold the front back on itself which makes it easier to review your documents on table of in your lap. The D-Ring release trigger is the way to go. I wouldn't ever go back to the old style ring in which so much gets caught when you're trying to thumb through.

Binder is working well so far. We keep copies of invoices in it and it's used frequently on a weekly basis. SO far everything is still working no cracks in the binder cover and rings are still closing well.
