I thought this was exactly what I wanted/needed a binder which I could label from the outside for easy reference. The front cover of the binder was fine with a clear sheet behind which I slid the custom cover. The side panel however did not contain a sheet behind which I could slide an identification.

The clear outer cover is a plus because I can make a cover to slide in between the plastic see through cover and the notebook. The binder holds several sheets of paper.
