Well-constructed binders

These binders have been great for organizing family genealogical material. The size is good for dividing individual documents & pictures that I am loading into archival plastic page protectors. The rings open easily with the opening mechanism and the D-ring keeps the pages flat and easy to go through. The front of the binder provides a plastic-covered sleeve for identifying the binder as does the spine. Both are easy to use. I plan to continue using these binders for future organization.

Staples Better 1.5" 3 ring view binder

This is a great binder; tough let's me customize the cover and spine the right color blue. The only thing I would like is to have a choice of the pocket inside the front flap or a flap that I can slide a business card or info sheet into. This only offers the pocket.

this binder holds up to being stuffed in the bags and lockers very well. the soft rubber edges also cut down on cut fingers.

The only binders that last the year!

The Staples Better Binders aren't cheap but they are the only ones I have found that will last the whole school year - in and out of lockers in and out of backpacks stuffed full and dropped on the floor. Don't buy other binders bite the bullet and start with these. My high-schooler has even managed to get a second year out of some of hers.
