We are a nonprofit organization. Our Safety Manual had been rewritten and was about 20 pages. This product keeps the pages of the manual together and at the same time gives some protection and was not costly.

Good price but needs modification

I assemble hundreds and know how to modify them for ease of assembly. Cut off part of one corner. They could be made that way in the beginning.

Does the job at a great price

I get these to present financial information to our patients. The quality is not great but it is the best value available at Staples. Yes the corners can tear the plastic if you don't know how to assemble it correctly but after some practice it's a piece of cake. * I use my fingernail to divide the spine and attach one end on the center the plastic's crease. * Then I push the spine so it's flush with the plastic cover (half of it will still be hanging off the plastic cover). * Then just slide it down to it's correct position. I have very minimal tearing when I assemble them this way. There are some other quality issues with these (i.e. the plastic is thin and sometimes it is not cut evenly) but I haven't seen anything major that would prevent me from using one for our patients. Overall they provide a professional appearance at a very reasonable price. They may be a bit more difficult to use than some of the other covers but look at how many you get for prices that are still more expensive than these. In my opinion the juice is worth the squeeze. And not to mention since it is all clear you can be very creative on your presentation design.
