staples slide grip report covers

When I went to the store I was originally looking for a folder that was able to hold pages that were. Hole punched. We need at least 96 of them. After looking at the folders they were going to cost an awful lot. A staff member atthe staples iNewark had suggested to use these report covers. I took a look and to buy the box of 100 was totally cheaper. They worked out well.

Useful and Reuseable

So easy to insert multiple pages without having to punch holes or do anything to the pages first. The slide grip holds the pages firmly without damage. And [if the people return them] we can reuse them for the next report. [If I were them I'd keep it too!] Decided to buy the 50 pack instead of the 6 pk since that was a better price per piece. Also used a Staples coupon to reduce the cost even more. Would be a good investment for schools or individuals who want to make an impression on their educators. Or for long term storage of special or non-replaceable papers. I'll keep these in stock.

I really like these covers and have been using them forever. But I use a binding machine and have to throw out all of the plastic grips and it breaks my heart to be so ecologically irresponsible.

Be a marketing genius!

I started using these covers to market our brokering services to the shipping industry. On several occasions I have been called to go back to a potential customer to discuss our operation further. Each time these covers have kept the paperwork crisp and neat it has made a big impression on my accounts and apparently prospects are hanging onto our materials because I continue to get calls from stops that I made 6 to 8 weeks before. I strongly recommend this product if you are in sales and have pride and place value on your literature.

Simple to use Low cost covers

I had multiple reports that I needed to put into durable yet low cost binders for a state-of-the-church yearly presentation. Each binder held about twenty pages. The clear cover allowed me to customize the front page. (I could have also personalized each document with little trouble.) I used two staples to keep the pages together while assembling the covers. These were nicely covered by the spline. The finished document looked professional and received many positive comments.

The only problem that I have unsing these Report Covers is that if I use more than the standard amount of papers in the report the binding is uneven and I have a more difficult time putting on the binding. Other than that I have been using them for about 10 years to send out my Current Market Analysis' and they are professional looking and the clients seem to be very pleased with the look and I hope the content WOW's them as well. Also they are a great value. My company offers a service that take 1 week and $12 sometimes you just do not have that kind of time when you are competing for a listing.
