I love the rubber binding. This binder will get a lot more uses than the standard plastic binding.

This notebook is functional and easy to handle. Some notebooks are very rigid and I hate that this notebook flexes which makes it very easy to handle. It's nice!

The mechanism to open the rings consists of one lever at the bottom of the ring strip. Open with one hand. Doesn't get any easier than that.

Great Exterior...flimsy interior pockets

Binder itself is good but the interior pockets (front and back) rip incredibly easy. I have two of these and the front pocket ripped out of each while filling it initially with about 15 sheets of paper.
