Doesn't fold your papers my papers don't even stick out. A little big but it helps you hold the things you need. Good for school.

This is for my granddaughter in 5th grade. She had to have a 2" binder and this was perfect. Very sturdy and pretty for her too. She loves the pink and black combination. Found her a pink and black shoulder bag at Staples and she was set. Great start to a new year in a new school.
