The bottom ring loosens when closed so papers fall out between the crack left by the loose closure. The ring no longer closes snugly.

2-inch 3 ring yellow binder

It was a beautiful sturdy yellow binder. However since I was buying it for a friend I had to return it because it wasn’t the size she needed/wanted. So I took it back to Staples and exchanged it for one a bit smaller. The Staples employees involved could NOT have been more helpful in taking care of the exchange and processing the new bill (binder plus pens and pencils). The check-out clerk was just learning the somewhat difficult process so I hope I was of some help to her. Staples is one of my favorite places!!
