Sturdy and easy to use binder

This binder is high-quality. It was one-touch easy-to-use D-rings and the color is truly red. It has two "pockets" in both the front and the back flaps for those items you might not want to hole-punch and put into the binder.

I purchased 20 binders for my Planning Commission members and others on other boards and they are just what I wanted for them to put all their township ordinances and master plan in and I purchased bright green so the binders won't get lost. The binders are great.
