I have purchased 2 or 3 these in the past month or so. One of them has a ring that doesn't line up properly and the paper catches on it.

Overall this is a good product and will stand up to lighter use. Several years ago Staples offered a "heavy duty" binder with thicker top & bottom cover and they seemed more sturdy. I hope the cover bindings will stand up to many cover opening & closings. We'll see.

I can use this for an entire year's worth of reports and records and information and it all fits. Then put it away without a worry that it won't hold up in storage and go buy another one for the new year !

I purchase this product every year for business. It hold up perfectly as I use it on a daily basis it has clear pockets so you can add paper to insert with a description of the contents of the binder and has extra clear pockets on the inside as well. I am very happy with this binder and I will definitly purchase this item again as it has held up very well and also I would like to address the affordability of this product it was very affordable compared to the name brand version which was a little more expensive. There was a variety of colors to choose from whisch makes it easier for me to distinguish which binder to grab from when I am working. Thank you for making a great product!

The Binders are of lesser quality than what we bought last year. Unless it improves will look elsewhere for binders. Didn't notice a price decrease to match the poorer quality. Smooth finish would be better like last year's.
