Huge disappointment

I received this item today. The opening lever is extremely hard to open With my arthritis I cannot operate this without experiencing a lot of pain. The opening mechanism doesn't work smoothly. When I push on the lever the bottom ring opens half-way before the middle and upper rings even start to open. The bottom ring is misaligned and does not close properly. The cheap plastic cover is too lightweight so binder flexes and the inside "storage" consists of a really thin flimsy partial sheet of plastic that probably won't last. I have used D-ring binders all my (long) life and this is absolutely the worst I've ever had. This is definitely going back. I guess there is a reason this was on sale at such a deep discount... This is the last time I will order a binder on-line. It's back to in-store with hands-on selection.

A great Binder at a great price

This binder is exactly what we needed. These binders are used on a daily basis by both employees and retail customers and they really hold up to the use and abuse we put them through. The price is also a large factor in our choice. When you combine the durability and price of these binders you come up with the perfect value.
