Don't buy this product - defective

If I could give it no stars I would. The ring closures are poorly constructed and don't close. After filling it a third of the pages all fell out. Not only that I packed it away after filling it as it was being used for a yearly committee project. The next year I brought it out and discovered the defect. Because I hadn't used for the first year after purchasing it I didn't keep the receipt. So I brought it back to Staples to exchange it for a stronger binder that worked. The store manager was so rude and unhelpful and wouldn't even exchange it even though it was clearly defective and obviously still new. Terrible product terrible service.

Very useful for organizing chapters with the help of Tab dividers. The binders are waterproof and the hinges are made of rubber allowing flexibility without tearing.
