The rings don't work

Sad that this product didn't work as well I had hoped. Usually Staples products are awesome. The Rings did not close together and the paper did not slide from one side to the other easily at all.

Staples own delivery sub par

First of all I LOVE these binders they are better made than the big name brands but the delivery by the Staples truck was just plain awful. It went out on the truck 3 times I got emails that it was on the truck 3 times I stayed home 3 days before it FINALLY arrived. It was not during a storm either! Absolutely worst delivery service ever. PLEASE just give all the deliveries to UPS if you want customer satisfaction.
