i bought 6 binders this week....I had bought some before and the middle ring on one of them always stays a little open....I love the binders but if this happens again...I will be returning them....I still have it but don't use it because the pages always come loose....

This binder is extremely sturdy; however the rings loosened up so that they would not close completely. I do believe this is because there were too may pages in the binder vs. a product flaw.

This is my second binder in this style and size which has one or two rings become stretched after only a couple of uses. Once stretched that ring remains slightly open and therefore broken.

I needed several wide binders for various documents that are stored in sheet protectors. These were on sale and had the volume and quality that I wanted. They have one-touch opening and D rings that line up perfectly especially as they have prongs that insert into the other half of the ring. The covers are both sturdy and flexible which come in handy when the binder is filled to overflowing giving you a little leeway until it is necessary to purchase another binder. An excellent combination of quality and value.

I use these to "file" my household bills and my work information. This is the 4th year that I will be using these and will not switch to another binder now. They hold up no matter how rough I am on them.
