Great size for organization

Bought this binder to keep meetings and notes for a new position I will hold for two years. Will be sturdy and durable because it will be travelling. Have had a slightly smaller one for years and it still looks brand new.

I find these binders very easy to work with. The clips work great the binders are well-constructed and are our go to binders for long-term storage vs. the Avery binders.

I love it. I have started to place my larger home improvement receipts in this binder. That way if ever in the future I need maintenance or need to refer to the date of sale - I know exactly where that invoice is.. It is very handy. If I should sell the house & need to document the improvements to deduct from the capital gains - it’s easy. I now have three 3 ring binders and have used them multiple times as a reference.

I have about twenty of these (so far) and use them primarily for business documents/forms storage. Titles are easy to create/insert. They hold up to frequent use and the open tab is easy to use. You might find cheaper 3" D-ring binders but these are the best I've found for the price. I also keep one in a tote in our designated storm shelter area that includes copies of insurance policies birth & marriage certificates SS & credit cards important account & phone numbers computer files backup etc.

The binder is sturdy and works well although pricey. I probably will look for a less expensive alternative in the future.
