Disappointed in quality

I bought this binder at the end of August for my 3rd grader and am very disappointed. Here it is the 2nd day of November and it needs replaced. The rings no longer close tightly causing the pages to fall out when turned. The inside plastic pocket is torn. The cheapie binders last just as long as this one. I'm trying an Avery mid grade this time.

It's pretty sturdy and makes it to the end of the school year. But my son loves it because it holds a picture in the front.
