Loving the Binder!
on July 30, 2014

My junior high daughter needed a 3" binder for seventh grade. We looked at several stores before we walked into Staples. The flimsy binders at the other locations were not going to be durable enough for junior high. Besides the color choices were limited. I was very pleased to see an array of colors and styles at Staples. My daughter and I looked at a couple of different 3" binders discussing the features and benefits of each one. We liked the rounded soft rubber edges of the Better View binder. It came down to color and she chose the light blue. All of her spiral notebooks tabs and loose leaf notebook paper fit nicely. Now all she needed is a Staples employee to carry it for her! It's heavy!

Binder ring doesn't close completely
on June 11, 2014

I was really excited to see that staples had a binder in my favorite color I couldn't wait to get home to get my papers that are hole punched thanks to the hole punch I purchased earlier that day to my dismay the third ring doesn't close all the way which makes turning the pages challenging and not the user friendly aspect of organization that I was looking forward to. So I suggest prior to purchasing a binder especially one that says it can hold a hefty number of papers with its D ring that it is securely able to close making page turning effortless. Luckily I kept my receipt & will be exchanging it but what a hassle. Therefore I give it one star.

Just have bought this binder. We use them daily 3 or 4 times a day. Not sure how they will hold up for long period of time. Hopefully better than others we have used which only last about 4 or 5 months.

pros/cons: to the rubberized spine and edges 1. helps you holds binder without slipping 2. make it a little difficult to slide binder in backpack
I purchased this after purchasing another less expensive binder from Staples which was absolutely terrible. This is a big improvement. Rings close tightly papers stay in the rings...pretty much what one would hope with a binder.

The rings don't stay connected and pages are difficult to turn.
