I'm a Horse Show Secretary and do many Horse Shows a year. I put in all the Show Premiums and results for the year in my Binder. The Binder gets hauled around up and down the state of California.

Rings do not close tightly

I have used this binder for over a year. I work in a school and the binder stays on my desk. It doesn't get abused. The outside construction is good. The rubberized seams have held up well. The binder looks like new. I like the variety of colors as I like to color code my documents. The problem is the rings. They do not close tightly. I use this binder often and it is quite frustrating when I can't turn the pages without some of them coming out of the rings. I have several of these binders that have 1-1/2 inch rings and they do not have this issue. However all of my larger 3 inch binders in this style have the same problem. I can only recommend this binder with the smaller 1" or 1-1/2" rings but I cannot recommend this binder with rings larger than 1-1/2". Because the rings won't stay closed I must replace my binders even though they look like they are new. I am looking for a different style of binder to replace the 3-inch binders.

Great binder! I bought this binder to replace another 3" binder that was falling apart. this one will hold up much better with all the reenforced corners and edges.

Excellent Product

This binder is very sturdy with an easy open device. It has an area to place your own identification label which is not a usual part of any binder I have purchased before. It appears that the sections that will be bent over and over and very well reinforced which will extend the life of this product. It comes in multiple colors and the one I purchased was teal which makes it easily identifiable on a large shelt of other binders. I am very pleased with this purchase and will undoubtedly continue to purchase this particular brand in the future.

Both of my grandsons are using Staples Better 3 ring binders this year for the first time. My youngest one always needed a new binder after Christmas so we will see how the SBB will last this year.the teal one will be used as a extra one if we need it or for next year.

I am not crazy about this binder it is flimsey. and the other problem is that the rings do not hold up. I have yet to have a binder last for the whole year. When I was a kid I had the binder for several years before I had to get another one. his binder is expensive and for the money i payed it does not hold up.
