I ordered two of these binders one broke quite quickly one ring bent out of place. The service I got for it was FANTASTIC! Staples send me a new one right away! This is called service! Thank you! I definitely recommend buying this product I believe that this one peace must of bin a lemon of a peace that is not the usuall for Staples products.

Rings do not hold tight enough to keep papers in while moving them back & forth. Would not recommend!
