Excellent Binder

It's easy to use and it holds a lot of paper. The mechanism is easy to open and close. It has a front view and a side view so you can give it a name and make it easy to find on a shelf. I recommend this binder to anyone who has large projects and they want to keep the paper looking clean. It is a good binder for accountants who prepare compilation reviews and audits. It is also good for attorneys that need a binder for their case work. I would recommend it for students that need to organize the homework by specific classes.

I can put forms into these binders and have a very easy time going to a particular form and reading it or getting it out of the binder

It worked fine except one of the 3 rings left a small gap when closed . Some times the material in the binder would hang up a bit

Will certainly hold a lot of papers. The 3-ring locking mechanism is very sturdy and strong and the teeth of the rings align securely. The inside offers clear-view pockets to put any reference items you need. Quality is actually very good when comparing to Avery and price was great with good savings over Avery. Only improvement I would recommend is to make the rings more like a slant D-ring. with the size of the binder it is very difficult to move more than 8-10 pages at a time to the left (when open) when at 75% capacity. Making t very cumberson to go right to a specific section in a well organized binder.

Staples Brand Beats Office Depot

This binder really holds up to heavy duty use. Opening and closing is easy and secure. There's no gap between the rings so your papers turn pages easily even when full. And the price is great.!
