Product lable left adhesive residue on the clear view which looks sloppy and unprofessional. Please do not put adhesive lables that leave residue on your products.

I have used these binders before. They do cost a little more but the quality is good. I especially like the latch that opens the rings as I have arthritic hands.

Sizing misleading

This is the heavy duty was looking for but was looking for a TRUE 1 1/2" measuring along the bas spine. I needed it to match ones I currently use. Binder is great quality. But what the store calls 1 1/2" actually measures 2" across the outside spine. So I now have mismatched binders and the added 1/2 makes it cumbersome for my purposes.

Disappointing

I bought this as an upgrade from the regular (not heavy duty) binder because the bottom ring was catching the papers. This binder catches the papers in the exact same way on the exact same ring. Complete waste of the extra money I spent.

not the exterior finish I've always had for this otherwise great notebook

I customarily use the glossy exterior finish on these wonderful notebooks. I received an anti-reflective matte finish which is not at serviceable for me. I took the eight notebooks I received from an online order to a local store for what glossy ones they had in stick. Please DO NOT provide only the matte finish for subsequent stocking in your warehouses.
