I like the style color and make of this notebook. It is idth the size that I need for my project. I really like the plastic inserts inside of the notdbook cover. It also has 2 plastic inserts inside of the back cover. The three hole rings are very easy to open without fighting to open it. I can easily pulled the black lever located at the bottom of the notebook by sliding it fowards me. The oufside of the notebook center is sturdy and large enough for a label. The bottom of the notebook is nicely finished small beaded closure. The top of the green color notebook is plastic- covered from front to back. The top of the binder has an opening so that a sheet to identify that notebook can be placed inside of the front of the notebook. I will be going back to buy more of this type of note book and i hope it goes on sale.

I bought four one and one half inch heavy duty binders with the D-ring. My family is very satisfied with them. I only bought them a short time ago but so far they appear to be holding up very well. The view cover is very clear not cloudy like some other binders we have had. The cover sheet fits into the view cover nicely but it does not slip out. The D-rings are of good quality. They are easy to operate but they do not open on their own. They also align up easily when you are trying to close them; even if they are pretty full.

These 1 1/2 inch heavy duty view binders are excellent for my scrapbooks which I do when returning from trips overseas. I like the view window on the front and along the spine so that I can put a pertinent picture relating to the trip not only on the front cover but also on the spine where it can be seen when it is in a bookcase. The D-rings seem to hold more pages and are very easily accessible and also allow the front part of the scrapbook to lie flat. There are also two pockets inside the front and back covers for extra papers or brochures.

Every time that I purchase a Staples heavy-duty view three ring D binder I receive an e-mail to review it. So once again here is my review on the 1-1/2 inch red binder that I recently purchased at my local Staples store. First of all every time that I buy a binder in person I have noticed that Staples' stores always have plenty in stock. The choices are numerous. You can choose from different sizes colors with or with out views on the fronts and sides heavy-duty or regular etc. The binders are just great! I always buy the heavy-duty type. To me they are worth the extra cost because they will last a very long time. I also do the same with the view types. Just as reminder save your old beat up binders. Bring them into the store for recycling. When you purchase new binders at the same time you will receive a $2.00 credit on a one for one basis. What could be a better deal!

excellent notebook

I always wait for the Staples sale on notebooks where I can trade in my old notebooks mostly used by the children in school and "used up." These notebooks do the job of protecting paper and allow me to organize my educatonal materials. The kids like them and the multiple colors makes it easier to keep track of everyone's things. I would recommend them to everyone particularly when Staples is having their trade-in sale special deal and easy rebate that makes them 1 cent per notebook!

Best Binders Ever

I own several of these binders. As a matter of fact this is the only kind I will buy. I use them for my genealogy project. I am constantly opening and closing the rings when I have new documents to add. Many other binders eventually get misaligned and the rings don't line up. Over the past 4 years I have not had this happen with any of these binders. They are easy to label. You simply slide your title down the spine (card stock works the best) and you can rename it without dealing with removing a sticky label. The best part about them is that you only need one hand to open them and it works easily every time.
