Perfect for work

This is a heavy-duty binder that stands up to heavy duty use. the easy light touch 1 finger opening works great. In my line of work we destroy binders usually with in one week. We have been using this binder for several months! We are going to buy plenty more for our company!

Multi Color Binders

I use color to organize my office. I find these binders to be very effective in organizing my materials that I use on a regular basis. While this has been a recent purchase I believe that the quality of these binders will hold up to their repeated use. I also like the fact that they come in multiple sizes so that I can mix the size and stay within my color organization philosophy. An organized over 20 years ago convinced me that reducing search time for information that in some cases still needs to be maintained in hard copy can be accomplished with color.

Staples Heavy Duty Binder with D-Rings

I purchased 20 of these binders in various colors for our leadership team. The notebooks work well for keeping various documents in order not only for the current leadership team but for future teams as well. The notebooks are used on a monthly basis during leadership meetings. Along with the notebooks we use Staples brand eight tab dividers to separate the various documents with the notebook. The color coded tabs work well to make it easy to locate the various documents in within the notebook. Everyone is satisfied with the quality of the notebooks and the divider sheets and with the price of the items.

Great Binder

This binder has been put through the ringer over the past 2 months and it is holding up great...not a tear to be seen. It has been dropped kicked and even stepped on with nothing more than a few scuff marks.

Love my binder

Excellent binders to keep loose papers in order. I work in a very busy office and although the computer is suppose to save paper it is just the opposite. The binder is sturdy. The color choice is great. The rings are sturdy and stay closed even when full of paper. This is a very good value for the money. Love the fact that you can walk into the store and have a good selection right at your fingertips. Have used these for awhile and not only are they convenient but they also brighten up the workplace!!

These binders came available to me just when I few I had needed to be replaced. The Staples Heavy Duty View Binder is of good quality and at a much better price that the "national" brands. I will definitely buy more of these binders when the need arises. Thanks Staples
