ADDITIONALLY I want to note that the store stayed open until 6PM as advertised which I was really counting on. Many stores close BEFORE the posted time; not Staples. This Branch continues its record of exceptional customer service.

I love this binder! It is well made and the outer cover is a flexible material so it conforms to your documents unlike those hard outer covers. It’s also durable and attractive. Great binder!

return amount is not what I paid

I ordered 4 and wanted to return but what I would get back was much less than I paid so I just kept. 2" is not the size of the spine as I thought. 1.5 inches was the right size.
