This is the one my grand daughter wanted and no other would do. She needed it for school so she hasn't used it yet. She liked this one because it looked very sturdy. Linda B
I use this binder to hold music charts for a music group I am in each chart is in a viable sheet so after a couple hundred charts it gets heavy. This binder is up to the task. When traveling about it gets battered around. This piece is up to the task!
At our school we were asked to purchase a 2 inch trapper keeper. I purchased a five star 3 inch trapper keeper that came was a pencil holder and a strap so you could carry it on your shoulder. on the hamburger it was beautiful but once everything was added it weighed a ton. I just purchased this 2 inch binder from Staples. It holds all of the folders and spiral notebooks that my daughter needs for all of her classes and it doesn’t weigh a ton or take up as much room. It may not be as fancy as the five star trapper keeper or offer as many add-ons like pencil case and many other accessories but it was a fraction of the price and much easier to maneuver in a small locker between classes with such a little time. I wish I would’ve went this direction from the beginning. But maybe when she’s in high school she will be able to use the five star trapper keeper if they get a bigger lockers.
I've used this type of binder for years. They're sturdy and they have an attractive appearance if they are on an open shelf in your office. Great price.
These binders are aptly named. Because they are more durable than other binders and are of great quality. I still have better binders from prior years that are used to shelve my college notes and materials in my bookcase. I would strongly recommend these binders over cheaper ones because they pay for themselves in the long run and you will not have to buy new ones in the middle of the school year because they are coming apart like the other "not so better" binders.
