The texture is also good for getting a good grip. Two inches is about what I need to handle all the paperwork at my church ministry for a year. I buy one for every year and have the whole thing stuffed by the end. The rings close evenly AND easily. There is a button at the bottom inside to open the rings with only minimal force. There are inside cover pockets for the things you need to retrieve the most often. The choice of color themes are all relaxing to help protect you from the stresses of too much clerical work.

Need high quality binders for our children in high school. These binders fit the bill. The cheaper binders split and the rings distort quickly. These may cost more but they're worth it and if there is a problem with them Staples will replace it at the store.

I haven't found a better buy for a binder. Although the rings are not predictable ( i.e. they have not held secure after some time [ less than a year ] this is light-weight and the hard cover lasts nicer than others. Therefore I always buy this type for my scoolkids.
