Already stopped opening

My daughter chose this binder for her new school year. School has been under way for just a few weeks and this binder will not open. You have to push down on a lever to open the prongs and the lever just stopped working. I'll have to be sure to buy quality brand binders in the future.

This binder has a rounded surface that opens and stores nicely. 2" binders are more clumsy and this one has a smaller feel to it.
