Fell apart. Staples would not replace

After a few months one of the rivets popped out and the binder came apart. The binder was always used gently never abused. I took it into the store and asked for an exchange. The staples employee said "no". I said the website says "100% satisfaction guaranteed". He said it does not say that on the binder they do not guarantee satisfaction on binders only on electronics. I sent an email to Staples customer service all I got was an automated respnse saying that my email will be replied to in the order in which it was received.

These are well made. Every durable especially for those who have children who seem to be capable of destroying concrete! Awesome color variety as well.

It’s easy to put in binder label. Easy to open and close rings. Like that it comes in great colors easy to identify. Easy to label binder. Easy open and close rings. Great colors help identifying. Wish inside sleeves held full size page. I would recommend this product.

Great Binder But Still With Issues!

The ring mechanism has failed in two different binders over a two-week period. The rings separate and do not come back together. Very disappointed!

although my middle schooler loves these binders I find them a bit too expensive when they break just about the third month of use.

Love This Bindeer

I absolutely love these binders! I bought a few of them when I was in college 4 years ago and they still work perfectly and have not fallen apart or ripped anywhere on them. The rubber on the edges is super durable. I am putting things in or out of these binders at least once or twice a week so they get a lot of use! I also love the easy push tab to open and close the rings. It makes it so easy to use.
