It's a binder!

This is good quality binder. I thought it was a little pricey for what it is but I do like the three ring opening lever and the clear cover insert. I would consider buying this item again and I would recommend it to others in need of this size and type of binder.

I have purchased many of these (maybe 20) binders. I love how they are reinforced with the rubber strip. So far all that I have purchased have lasted a long time.
