Organization at your Finger Tips

These taps are great to put on the side of books. When I need to find information fast, I just go to the taps that I marked. It not only keeps me organized but saves a lot of time, that I can be using for other important work.

Preparing for large presentations has always been time consuming and frustrating. Being able to prepare a table of contents that is professional is such a time saver by not having to prepare individual dividers for each section of each presentation binder. Plus the colors give instant recognition to the reader. Thank you Avery!

I don't know what I would do withouth the indexes. I have multiple procedure manuals and I use the indexes in all of them.

These dividers, with the contents page, make everything so much easier to find. I use them at the job, in my work with the Service Organization I belong to, and most importantly, for my notes with the home based business I am trying to get started.

Great Product

I mainly use this product to organize reading material such as books in a PDF format. I am able to collect reference material on the subject matter in a large 8.5X11 format that I can continously update. The Index and tabs work out very well for me.

I work for a small-staff not-for-proft that does large board meetings and must prepare indexed, hand-bound books twice a year. This product is the only one we use when creating the books. It works perfectly and makes our final product look as professional as if we had hired someone to do the job. Thank you for that! Gayle

My Favorite Ever

In my job I have tons of notebooks that have to be kept year after year. When I found these labels they worked perfectly for my needs. My favorite ones to use are the monthly dividers because it makes it so easy to find just what I'm looking for. I also like to use the different numbered labels. Of course my favorite thing about all these labels are the different colors that match the table of contents; it makes it so easy. I also use other dividers and the fact that I can download free templates from the website is a plus for any secretary.
