I never thought I would describe dividers as awesome but that word fits the description. These have multiple applications in our office from just the normal intended use. We love these and in fact I bought some for my kids to use at home also.
I bought these to use in my teacher binder within a week one of the holes snapped leaving that section hanging out of the binder at various times. The stickers have started to curl off of the tabs since it's only October these tabs have a long way to go until June and I hoped to get more than one year out of them. I should note that I use this binder for every class throughout the day not to mention for notes and meetings. I absolutely love the see through aspect of them but wish they were more durable.
The real problem with the system is how far the tabs stick out from the pages. I am sure it is fine if people simple hole-punch pages and insert them in a document but when creating professional products it is much more aesthetically pleasing to use document protectors. That being said if document protectors are used the Tabs are unable to be read and quickly indexed. This creates frustration for all of the people who read the note book and want to quickly go from one section to another without fumbling through pages.
