It took a little time for me to locate a template on my word processor that would work for these labels but once I found it the result was great. They should have an Avery Label equivalent on the package.

I love these because they are Plastic not paper! They are sturdier than just paper. I use P-touch labels to place on the tabs but they come with labels that you can write on or print with the computer.
