We like these for providing documents to our clients. They hold up fairly well but aren't great for repeated long term use. For storing documents that you don't use on a regular basis they are great. Also a great price compared to competitors.

A "staple" in our training program!

We order these 1" binders by the dozen for all our new hires. They're light weight and just the right size to hold the orientation manual. Pockets front and back are roomy enough to hold overflow and docs needed at a glance. Very easy to insert our custom cover and spine and the rings open and close effortlessly. Perhaps a small point but one that I appreciate I don't have to peel off any labels and deal with the sticky residue left on the surface. These binders look good receive alot of wear and tear and stand the test - very important to a non-profit on a budget! Thank you Staples for offering a practical alternative to the name brands that exceeds expectations all the way around!!

We needed several binders that were inexpensive but yet durable that could be used for close out documents on projects. The binders served that purpose very well.
