I would never buy anything but the heavy duty pages. Unless you are never going to flip thru your documents heavy duty is the only way to go.

Staples heavyweight protectors are sturdy enough to protect my pages and withstand regular page turning without tearing. I was concerned that they would not be clear enough to see details on my pages but they are wonderfully clear.
