I always use the heavyweight protectors because they aren't flimsy don't crease or tear like the lightweight does. Paper is easier to insert

I purchased a box of 50 of these sheet protectors because I am putting together binders of some very old original historical documents and photos that can't be replaced. A few surviving family cousins are interested in our of family ancestry. Once these are lost they're gone forever.

These Staples Heavyweight Sheet Protectors were perfect for storing my contact sheets of old family photos. I am currently in the process of converting all the family negatives from old photos to flash drives and also making up contact sheets. The contact sheets under the page protectors show family members which negative to use if they need to find a photo quickly in a binder I put the page protector into.
