My son used the pages for a job interview presentation of his engineering projects. The pages seemed durable enough but found that the pocket wasn't quite high enough to cover the entire page. He was still able to use them though.

These are so much nicer than the cheaper lighter duty page protectors. They hold up much better are sturdier and feel more professional. Plus they won't become wrinkly looking like the lighter weight version. Spend the extra money and get the heavy weight. You won't regret it.
