These sheet protectors are a good weight but hard to open and then a struggle to get the paper to slide in. I was able to compare side by side with regular sheet protectors and they may reduce some glare but not 100%.

This product is exactly what I needed to cut the glare on my pages. We use these for sheet music. The type of lights used at church bounces the light off of normal sheet protectors. These protectors have no glare at all and are heavy duty to last through the wear and tear.
