I work in a bakery departmen of a major super market chain and the main office is always sending us recipes or directions for doing something new. And the protectors are great for keeping them from tearing.

These are nice heavyweights sheet protectors. However if you are planning to use them under the lights you should opt for the non-glare variety.

I had bought the 100 pack earlier and then ordered the 200ct online but 200 ct said they were heavyweight but are already ripping. And I've only had them one week.
