I love these sheet protectors. The only thing I would change is making them easier to open at the top. They tend to stick shut when new.

These protectors are neither heavyweight nor really non-glare unfortunately but there aren't any available that I could find that are. They still are pretty shiny and reflective unlike some I had that I bought in the late eighties in another part of the country. They are also quite light-weight it seems to me. I am using them since I haven't found what I really want but I will keep looking.
