These are WAY TOO FLIMSY to be called heavy duty.

The package came damaged however the contents did not seem to be damaged. When I went to use them the individual sheet would not separate. I had to cut the top of the sheet to open and insert a page. It is almost like the blade used to cut between protectors got too hot and sealed the two pieces together.
