Binder Review

This prodoct works fine. It opens when you want it to open and it closes when you want it to close. I can print a cover idea on paper and place it in the front sleeve of the binder cover. If I use it for something different I cahn change it at my discretion. The only problem is having to enter a Staples store to buy it. The workers in Staples do not treat you with respect or courtesy. I don't think the management in Staples treats them very well because they are always bitter and defensive. I hope they get a raise insurance or a bonus or something because I know the execs at the top are being paid darn good.
I love these binders. They come in so many different sizes and color and are used by all our employee to keep their paperwork organized. I use them personally to make photo albums by putting photo copies in protector sheets.
SOme of us still like to use physical files and binders as well as digital and Staples brands binders are very good for the value. They do not break apart as some cheaper brands do. I use the 1/2 inch for my taxes and receipts as well as in pleasure time my baseball scorecards. I usually use the blue along with a white photo looks real nice
I needed to prepare personalized binders to hold the content and worksheets for participants in a training program. Each participants binder needed to hold six sections each consisting of three to four sheets along with separators. The 1" binders were too much binder for the need and appeared bulky and empty. The 1/2" binders on the other hand were just the right size. The rings opened and closed with little effort which made for an easy project od filling the binders with the training material
These Staple binders are an affordable way to develop a great small library of concise files for multiple projects. They come in several colors which help to tell them apart. My only issue with them is that the binder mechanism could be a bit better quality. I always open and close the rings carefully to avoid a problem. As long as I do that I find them to be secure. For the price - a good buy!
