Why I rely on HD Binders from Staples

The Heavy-Duty Staples three-ring binders are terrific. They are durable and I especially like the one tab for opening the rings. Being able to put a Cover Sheet inside the front clear window allows me to quickly identify it from the many other binders i use in my not-for-profit work. There are shelves of them in my study and out in my garage. I place a laminated sticker on the edge for quick identification. Always use white binders never colors. Looks better to see a sea of binders in one color. That'smy opinion anyway. Learned to place things in binders from others in my not-for-profit work. Really helps keep things straight because I'm involved in many .many initiatives. Very Handy!

I purchased these binders because I wanted to customize them to hold our family recipes. The binders are easy to load good looking durable and just what I was looking for. Additionally they are also a great value.

3" Staples White Heavy Duty View Binder

The 3" Staples Heavy-Duty View Binder with D-Rings White is one of the things that we can't do without in our office. We use various different sizes of binders for everything you can think of and the 3" seems to be the most popular. We are so happy with the new "D" rings because they are much easier to open and close and easier to flip through the pages without them getting stuck. The fact that it is heavy duty is also great because we pass these binders around and use them constantly. They definitely hold up well to all of the use we get out of them.

3 Inch Binder

My son needed a heavy duty binder for compiling all the different work he had completed this semester in high school. When I picked him up at school he said "We need to go to Staples because I know they will have a binder that is strong enough to hold all my work". Later after he had it all put together everything fit nicely into the binder and did not feel overfull.
