3" Staples Heavy-Duty View Binder

I USE THESE HEAVY-DUTY BINDERS FOR MY FARM MANAGEMENT JOB. I HAVE 16 DIFFERENT PLASTIC DIVIDERS THAT I STORE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS RELATED TO FARM EXPENSES INCOME TAX INFORMATION ETC. I LIKE THE EASY OPEN BINDER RINGS. ALSO THE EXTRA STORAGE AREAS ON THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE BINDER. I HAVE PURCHASED 14 OF THESE BINDERS ONE FOR EACH YEAR OF MY MANAGEMENT JOB. THEY MAKE IT SO EASY TO GO BACK TO A PARTICULAR YEAR FOR IMFORMATION WITH THE EASY OPEN BINDER RINGS. I PUT A LARGE YEAR NUMBER ON THE BACK FOR QUICK IDENTIFICATION IN MY FILE AREA.

3" Heavy Duty Binder

I am very pleased with my 3" heavy duty binder with D-Rings. Staples is the best place to go to for good binders.. Since Tiffin no longer has a Staples store I have to travel about 80 miles to shop at Staples for binders that will match what I already have.I am always surprised to see the variety of office supplies books children's workbooks school suppliies computer supplies chairs etc that you have in your store. You always have the ink cartridges that I need for my printer and I like getting money back when I return the empty cartridges.

Sturdy Construction

As far as my usage goes this product matches any item I've used by any brand name. The 3 rings open easily with one hand. Its easy to slip paper into the viewport. I use binders frequently and this has stood up well.

STAPLES HEAVY-DUTY VIEW BINDER

i recently purchased another Staples heavy-duty three-ring view binder with D-rings. This time I selected a blue one so as to make it easier to distinguish it from the numerous other binders that I have. Staples heavy-duty binders are extremely sturdy and rugged. They should last a long time. Also I always purchase the view type binders. The viewers are on both the front and on the spine of each binder. I either print out or hand write what will be in each binder to make it easier to know what is inside of each one. I also brought in to Staples my old beat up binder for recycling and received an additional $2.00 off the purchase price. You can do this also.

Our office uses three ring binders and have found that the 3" binders work the best for us. We have found that the Staples brand is equal to any other top brand binder. We will continue to order Staples products.
