Great. Just love those binder great quality and love all their soft or bright color I chose a new color each year and file everything in it. I usually get 3 Binders one for my personal invoice one for my business and one for taxes... Each year is a different color and this make it so easy. I recommend those binders to anyone.

This binder is being used for our Safety Data Sheets. With the new upgraded system due out by June 2015 we needed a larger binder. This will serve well in a shop environment when things need to be heavy duty to hold up well.

VERY DURABLE AND LONG LASTING. I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING THESE BINDERS FOR MY OFFICE FILES FOR OVER A YEAR AND THESE ARE THE BEST!!! I HAVE TRIED OTHER BRANDS BUT THESE ARE BY FAR MY FAVORITE. I USUALLY PURCHASE AT LEAST (3) BINDERS PER MONTH. I HAVE PURCHASED EVERY COLOR. I AM ABLE TO SAVE STORAGE SPACE FOR MY RECORDS BY USING THESE BINDERS ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT THESE BINDERS ARE STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD ALL OF THE FORMS THAT I AM LOADING THEM WITH MAKING IT EASIER AND ASSESIBLE TO RETRIEVE THE FORMS I NEED WITHOUT SEARCHING THROUGH BOXES.

Great Binder

I use these in various sizes for my business. While we try to be paperless there are certain reports that need to be printed and sorted and analyzed. The binders work great for that and they fit in my suit case nicely when I need to take the documents on trips. The D rings work well when you are trying to flip bunches of sheets back and forth. Recommend this.

I prefer Staples Binders with D-Rings. I get mine my special color so I can see them across meeting rooms. I'm amazed at the people who wander away with my notebooks because their notes are poor and they won't look at my website to get the documents I used. When I was in high school my instructors wanted to know how I knew my textbooks and notebooks from my classmates and I pointed out my textbooks had my name on them and my notebooks were my special color. Then my instructors noted who took my textbooks and notebooks.

Secure Filing

I was pleased with the quality of these binders as well as the price. I find them useful for long term filing of important papers because I am able to organize them and they don't get misfiled as they would with hanging file folders. I can also flip through to find what I need without having papers falling all over the place. They are sturdy and can hold up to frequent use.
