Great Binder for Frequent Use

I bought this binder as a lesson plan book for a student with special needs. My assistants and I utilize this binder daily and within different environments. The D rings are perfect for fast loading and unloading papers. The binder keeps the papers secured. The binder has view panels in the front and back and on the binding of it. This is use for labeling the binder in the front. What I love the most is the binding view compartment. I've made name tags and placed them in the side. This way I can place them on a shelf and still know who's binder it is. If you are looking for a higher quality binder for frequent everyday use then this is the binder for you.

I bought these binders for work because my co workers have a bad habit of opening binders by the rings which result in papers getting torn up due to the rings permanently being seperated. These binders are tough and out last the pulling done by my co workers.

Great looking and Durable binders

We have Staples print our manual that we sell to our customers. We need a binder that is strong well made and makes a nice presentation. This heavy Duty View Binder fits the bill perfectly. We personalize the front cover that goes into the clear pocket and we put are information in the clear back pocket. We have spines cut to slide into the clear spine pocket on the side. We feel this Binder pulls it all together and with Staples printing it makes us look good.
